Partner engineer withdrawal from a contracting company

Conditions and required documents:

  1. To bring a letter from the Ministry of Public Works & Housing – Government Tenders Department addressed to the Association and indicating the partner withdrawal from the contracting company.
  2. To bring the new and old commercial registers to prove the changes in the Association records.
  3. The withdrawing partner engineers must be present in person.
  4. The engineer’s ID card must be brought.

Partner engineer withdrawal steps:

  1. To enter the company’s modifications into the Association’s electronic records.
  2. To issue a letter addressed to the contracting company indicating the termination of the engineer’s registration with the company.
