The Jordanian Engineers Association has sought to achieve a set of goals, objectives and policies aimed at developing and correcting the reality and future of the engineering profession in Jordan. And that is through its council, which strived to develop future visions and work plans for the coming period, reform and proper guidance that raises the level of the profession and restores it to its correct scientific and professional path, which is crowned by joint cooperation with all parties concerned with the engineering profession through the continued strengthening of coordination from these parties, especially with regard to harmonization Between the need for cadres in various engineering companies and institutions and their presence on the ground, which fills the needs and requirements of the labor market, leading to the ultimate goal of contributing from all sides to the process of comprehensive reform and sustainable development and providing the country with qualified and trained cadres professionally, scientifically and technically.

The Jordanian Engineers Association started training programs for engineers a long time ago, due to the association’s belief  of the importance of meeting the needs of individuals and authorities concerned with the engineering profession, and qualifying engineers who join work in the engineering sector for the first time from fellow fresh graduates so that they can carry out their professional work and thus facilitate their involvement in the various engineering systems in force in the field. Jordan on the one hand, and the role of training in reducing the problem of unemployment among engineers on the other hand. As well as transferring the necessary knowledge and skills as a result of the development of modern sciences and the consequent use of technological methods and applications.
