Specialty loss for re-registration
The specialty shall be canceled upon a request made by the office or in case of terminating the registration of the specialty head in the office and the situation is not settled within one month and the categorization is not amended as per the regulation if required.
The office is required to provide a representation from another office(s) to be responsible for supervising the projects required to be supervised in the canceled specialty.
The office is required to transfer the supervision contracts to another office if the office has become non-contracting following the specialty cancellation for the projects requiring supervision.
The office is required to settle a situation of violation of engineering shares in case it has resulted from the specialty.
The transaction entered prior to the completion of the specialty head during the situation settlement period, provided the office has an engineer in the design of the specialty.
If an office loses one of its specialties, it may regain such specialty at any time it wishes following its situation settlement and a specialty head registration.
