Newly established engineering offices registration period

The engineering offices shall be registered once a year during December of each year, and a fellow engineer will be given two months to complete the office registration procedures. The application will be considered invalid two months after it has been submitted.

The suspended offices will be reregistered during June and December of each year, provided they have been suspended for at least six months.

A partner in an engineering office may, after the partnership is dissolved, register an engineering office at any time of the year, provided such partnership has been up for no less than two years.

The office registration date will be the date on which its registration and subscription fees are paid.
